What is Clean Sleeping?

What is Clean Sleeping?

Clean sleep means healthy or proper sleep. Sometimes it occurs to us: Oh, I don’t get enough sleep, but whatever, I’ll be fine!

This attitude can be a problem. It was proven by scientists long ago that good health depends on getting enough quality sleep, but did you know that it’s also very important for active weight loss?

Residents of big cities may be particularly affected by a lack of sleep. And about 80% of these people probably live in Moscow!

It’s not hard to see why poor quality or not enough sleep creates issues. If we sleep less than seven to eight hours a night, we lack energy. It’s all too tempting to turn to sweet treats for a sugar hit or junk food.

But not every single sleep is equally good for health. Our body is “programmed” with two sleep stages: superficial and deep.

The deep sleep stage includes vital processes for weight loss:

- Fat cell lipolysis

- Muscle growth and recovery

- Essential hormones production

- Complete rest of the body’s systems

That’s why if you seem like you never get enough sleep, your appetite increases, memory may deteriorate, the load on the endocrine and nervous systems increases, hormones fail to be fully produced and you just end up not losing weight at all. Or worse, start gaining weight instead!

Your body needs urgent help! For health, clean sleeping matters. Set up the conditions for success:

  1. Keep regular hours

Get used to waking up and going to bed at the same time both on work days and weekends.

  1. Add exercise

Just 20 to 30 minutes of sports activities will help you fall asleep faster and sleep better.

  1. Try Fat Burner Night

Guarchibao’s Fat Burner Night capsules contain natural extracts that boost the body’s own fat burning processes and improve the quality of sleep itself.

  1. Invest in a quality mattress and pillows

Find the most comfortable mattress type for you and you’re well on your way to better sleep. Pillows too can make a world of difference. Cheap pillows don’t provide as much support and your sleep may suffer as a result.

What else can help contribute to quality sleep and by extension, healthy weight loss?

  • Read a good book to help you get rid of any pesky or troubling thoughts.
  • Put aside your gadgets at least one hour prior to going to bed – the light from smart devices disrupts the production of
  • Treat yourself, for example massage your hands and feet with moisturizer or almond oil.

Follow these simple tips and you will start getting better sleep, and feeling the benefits. As an added bonus, the weight loss process will become much more efficient!
